In the past 10 years Mr.Tumasov held top management positions in major Ukrainian companies, where he supervised real estate arm of the business. Before joining Global Solutions he worked for Interpipe corporation as a head of new projects department. Prior to that he was Chairman of the Board of XXI century investment company.

In 1987 Sergey Tumasov graduated from the Kyiv State University named after T.Shevchenko with a Master in theoretical physics. Mr.Tumasov holds MBA degree from the International Management Institute, Kyiv.

Igor Tsalenchuk was born in Lvov in 1968.

From the beginning of 2002 was at the head of the company Real Estate Solutions, which offers services on commercial real estate projects: marketing, concept, realization, and management. Methodology of commercial areas market analysis of the American Institute of Investment Real Estate (CCIM) has been successfully adjusted by me to the Ukrainian conditions. Performed the analysis and carried out the key role in development of more than 30 projects of shopping, office centers, residential complexes throughout the territory of Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Nickolaev, Zaporozhije, and Lvov).
